Second is health, I would be willing to bet that is why health insurance is not a universal right here. Also probably why the doc's trying to put your kid on Adderall.
By the way, here's the Wikipedia article on Adderall, which is only used/legal in the US and Canada. Did not know that until today, kind of scary.
